Firmware Update
Known Issues & Solutions
- Uploading a firmware image may fail if the network connection is broken during the upgrade.
To recover from this error, simply power off and power on the unit and enter the IP Address of the unit. Users can also reconnect to the unit using the Topology, only if the unit has already associated with a Mesh Manager to re-enter the MeshAP.
- Please power off other MeshAPs when doing firmware upgrade to minimize the chance of upgrading the firmware to a different unit.
