FAQ
Q: Why can´t I access the web-based configuration for the MeshAP Access Point?
A: Make sure the PC or laptop used to access MeshAP Access Point is under the same domain of the MeshAP. The default IP address for MeshAP Access Point is 192.168.1.1; Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
All MesAP units under Station mode will be using the same default IP address, if it is not connected to a MeshAP Manager unit. Once the MeshAP Station is connected to a MeshAP Manager unit, the user needs to access the MeshAP Manager unit’s Topology to access that Station unit on the Mesh Network.
The MeshAP Manager unit may be using a different IP Address and Subnet Mask, set by an individual Administrator of the Service Provider or user. Once the IP Address is changed from the default setting, that IP Address and Subnet Mask must be used to access the MeshAP Manager unit.
Note: The MeshAP Manager unit can be reset to its default setting by pressing and holding the Hardware “Reset” Button on the MeshAP Manager unit (Please see instructions on how to reset a MeshAP Access Point).
