Install Surge Arrestor to the MA3800/MA3100
P/N: ANT-SADC06

For maximum protection to the lightning induced surges install Surge Arrestors(P/N:ANT-SADC06) to all the antennas on the MeshAP unit (MA3800/MA3100)

1. Install Surge Arrestor onto N-type connector of the MA3800/3100 unit.
... Please makesure it is properly tightened.

... MA3800 - Install (4x) Surge Arrestors onto all (4x) N-type connectors
................... to cover all radios
... MA3100 - Install (3x) Surge Arrestors onto all (3x) N-type connectors
................... to cover all radios

... Note: Must use 10-AWG copper wire as the ground wire

2. install antenna on the Surge Arrestor's N-type connector. Please make sure
... it is properly tightened, and also apply Coaxsel to the connector joints
... for waterproof purpose.

IMPORTANT: The Surge Arrestors must be grounded by attaching a ground wire
(10-AWG Copper Wire) to the the ground. Please make sure all Surge Arrestors and the MeshAP unit are propertly grounded before power on the unit.
